According to our records, the order was successfully fulfilled and delivered to the customer’s provided shipping address. Please find the supporting evidence attached, including:

The tracking number shows that the package was delivered on [delivery date] to the address entered by the cardholder at checkout. There were no delivery exceptions, return-to-sender notices, or carrier errors reported.
Based on this evidence, we believe the chargeback claim is invalid
